This is a professional display of my resume and contact information that deviates from the ordinary way employers typically read resumes. More than just a resume, it offers a more convenient format for employers to save, share, refer to, and recall.
I would rather spend more time setting a project up right in pre-con to save valuable time for when those projects are in progress and deadlines are important and consequential. Possessing the ability to plan for the unexpected that occurs in your typical turnkey projects while be a trusted source to project management, customers and vendors. Entrusted with management of change orders with proper back-ups throughout the entirety of projects. Capable to project manage and and always will as problem solving and producing results with a team is greatly rewarding. I lead by my actions which installs confidence in what I say and promise, not the other way around, which is my basis of strengthening customer relations, as well as vendor relations.

Overview
Rooted in misc. metal, the 0550 section, of pre-con with evolution into structural. Project managed a large misc. metal package for an airport with high liquidated damages that required MBE, prevalent wages, and extensive back-ups for billings and change orders. That resulted in above average profit margins while needing to utilize 80% sub-fabrication due to our shop's unavailability from overselling and backlog.
Career Highlights
Worked extensively on the beforementioned airport project that was a rescue for a large GC after initial fabricator closed business and left them scrambling. For which I assisted, I was able to provide crucial steel members while still in the pre-con phase which translated into full oversight of project from solicitation to completion. I have never hidden from any mistake and will always address them upon notice to prevent further impact and assign personal responsibility. Treatment of fair, honest, and empathetic practices.
